So it has come to a time where you have decided that you want to engage in homeschooling. You take the necessary measures that you need to take to make sure that everything is conducive for this venture. However, there are very many challenges that come with homeschooling. Order Maintenance

It does not matter the number of kids that you are homeschooling. At some point, there will be the lack of order and kids are bound to go against the routine or mess it up altogether. A lot of what it means to maintain order and follow programs depends on your style of parenting. Do not ground children. Create reasonable consequences that match their actions to help maintain order. You are the one who is now responsible for the ensuring schedules and followed and organized in the first place.

Striking A Balance

It is difficult for anyone to maintain the balance that comes with working, the kids and family and life at large. When homeschooling is added to this mixture, then it becomes very hectic to balance everything. Keep in mind that you now have to assume the role of a teacher as well as principal and even a counselor to your kids to help them forge ahead and build a great future.

Lack Of Effort

It is not something new to see especially in this age and time that kids would obey their teachers more than they would their parents. This means that if you are homeschooling your child, then they are bound to lack the kind of effort that they would have put in if they were in school now that they are at home. This is because they feel like there is no consequence. Perhaps they would have put in more effort if the teacher was not their parent. You have to deal with this by making them understand the new setting.

Conflict Among Siblings

Brothers and sisters who are being home schooled together and have to spend so many hours of the day together are bound to press each other’s buttons. There will be some conflict between the kids at home.
